The Rule of 3 E’s allows employers to work through candidates more quickly and efficiently in the pursuit of finding that “needle in the haystack.” Apple recognizes that having the skills and expertise required to perform the job duties is hardly the only thing that matters, nor is it necessarily the most important. A candidate’s personality, character and demeanor are often just as vital to the candidate being the perfect fit for an organization.
